Overwhelmed by your loveliness

Wow. What can I say? You are all too amazing for words. Thank you SO MUCH for those comments, you are all angels.

After my mini freak out I was thinking about restricting, but as a lot of you said, you can't fix one ED behaviour with another. Sooo I'm going to keep trying. Although I did binge yesterday, I've woken up this morning with a fresh perspective and am going to try REALLYREALLYREALLY hard to eat normally and stay in the present.

As I said I would like some professional help but I don't think it's an option. My parents don't know I'm still struggling with my eating disorder so I don't really want to have to tell them again, it just gets so stressful and I HATE worrying them. So I'm going to keep trying to fight through this on my own (with help from the mentor and you lovely people of course). So what are you going to eat? I hear you ask. Well, here is what I am (hopefully) going to eat today:
Breakfast: Well I am sitting here eating ready brek with sultanas so that's breakfast sorted.
Lunch: Sandwiches, salad, yoghurt.
Snack: (this is where it gets tricky for me - I snack and then just keep going) an apple.
Dinner: Lasagne.
Evening snack: A satsuma

Ooh I've just remembered the last questions I set. Well my answers: I would call a diamond a glower and I would take a wind up torch :)

New questions
1. If you could be any animal, what would you be?
2. Would you rather be stuck in the film 'Saw' or stuck in the film 'final destination'?

LOVE you all!

I cannot express how awesome I felt, because of your comments! Having your awesome comments as support, definatly makes this recovery thing a whole lot (less) scary. So thanks! :) I dont feel like I can my parents either, but I think that if we can get over this, we'll a heck of a lot stronger!

It's so tempting to want to restrict though...:/, but that will inevitably slow down your metablism and cause binging..no thanks for me. I'll be ok though, and so will you, I hope :)

1.) I would be a bird, like a humming bird. So beautifull, tiny and you could just fly away, if anyone ever got on your nerves ..

2.) Your dead either way! lol..but I'd have to say final destination, cuz the co-stars are hotter ;)

Good meal plan! And you are dealing with things so constructively, which is admirable.

Hun, I'm sure your parents would rather know and help, but I can understand that telling them might not be something you want to do right now. As long as you can get some support from somewhere, as and when you need it. Don't dismiss people though, sometimes they surprise us in how supportive they can be....

If I were an animal, I'd be a red squirrel.
I wouldn't want to be in either film, but would probably choose Final Destination because it's less sadistic, and there's a chance my death would be swift and unexpected rather than deliberately gruesome and drawn out!

I'm so glad you made a plan, though this was hours ago I know. I find sticking to a plan is the way to go if I am struggling. Otherwise I restrict too much. Goodluck with sticking to plans :-)

I heart you, and I'm glad our comments make you feel a little better.

1). I would be a bird. So I could be free and finally take my flight to the blue sky.
2). oh my, neither. I like scary movies, but I hate torture. Okay, I'll go with Final destination. Less torture in that.

Thanks for the birthday wish!

LOVE!
