Burglary sucks.

Today whilst at work I got a call from my mum to tell me the police were round, my laptop and all the money I've saved up for driving has been stolen. I was so angry and upset. But most of all I'm freaked out at the prospect of having some disgusting people in my room, looking through my stuff. Oh and we don't have house insurance. This is the first month my family didn't insure the house in 25 years.

Anyway I thought I should explain 'maintaining'. I lost weight recently because of being ill and I'm really trying to maintain that weight. Yesterday I wrote about my mini binge. I actually lost a pound this morning. Oupps.
Today I've eaten (too much...need to be healthy again):
Wheetabix
cheese and tuna bagel.
yoghurt.
chicken Caesar wrap (I actually got this after I found out about the burglary major emotional eating)
Toad in the hole.
Yoghurt.
3 mini chocolates.
1 chocolate biscuit.

I had way too much.

That sucks. I hope the burglars have karma come down on them like a tonne of bricks!

What you ate today really wasn't too much. Sounds like an ok amount and healthy enough.
It's what you need to function.

You're right-- burglary is really scary. I'm glad YOU'RE safe though. Things can be replaced, but you cannot.

I'm sorry that your money was stolen and everything else! :/
But I want you to know that your day of "way too much" is much less than my regular day..

Regular day for me:
Blueberry bagel with pb and yogurt
oatmeal
apple
yogurt
carrots, celery & hummus
sandwich
bbq soy crisps
jello
fiberone bar
popcorn
sweet potato
broccoli and cauliflower
tilapia
a bowl of cereal

This day was STILL under my maintaining weight food goal for the day. So seriously, I feel like you're being too hard on yourself and overestimating what you're eating.
Just so you know, I'm definitely not trying to compare our ED's! I'm just trying to let you see yourself from the way others see you. :) You are WORTH eating. You gotta fuel yourself. Keep it up!
