Sometimes, I really like those scales.

I woke up and decided, if I weigh less than x amount I am allowed golden syrup on my porridge, if I way more than x I'm not. So I hopped on the scale (I haven't weighed myself for like 5 days) and I seemed to have lost 2 lbs without trying! This brought a rather large smile to my face.

So my last post was basically a rant about boy, but I'm not going to make this post about him, but basically, I'm giving it 3 weeks, if things haven't changed I'm ending it.

I have a question for you....how do you like sales assistants to act, and what do you really not like them doing.

Super short post I know!

I am really proud of you. And that's actually something I have realized, too - if you don't weigh yourself every day twice, it's a way to ease thing and it can also be a good thing for loosing weight. But just then, it would take you even further if you left out just that little syrup just another time.
I wish you all the best, be healthy.

i like them to be friendly, and helpful, but leave a little space in the beginning just so we can look around but i hate being ignored at the same time. does that make any sense i can't tell? hope it does..

hmm, you are right about the boy thing:)
being a sales assistant is pretty darn hard, b/c some people want them to be helpful and to offer their services, meanwhile others want to be left alone until they decide to approach the sales assistant, i am in the second group. When a sales assistant comes to me and is being pretty insistent, i feel exactly like when someone tries to force-feed me. I feel as if my intimacy is being stepped on:)
Take care:)
