Mrs D Mrs I Mrs FF I Mrs C Mrs U Mrs LTY!

Today I stabilized my intake a little:
Breakfast: Porridge with golden syrup.
Lunch: a pear, a ryvita, a yoghurt.
Dinner: Risotto. 
Snacks: Packet of crisps, 2 ryvita's, mine pie.

Actually, scratch that, that's BAD intake. Yuck. 

I'm being reckless at the moment. Not just reckless with my self, but with other people. I'm neglecting important friendships, giving out my number to any random hot guy that asks (yes I am still with my boyfriend, yes I am a whore.) I'm being reckless with what I'm saying (I'm being a bit of a bitch at work, I KNOW I KNOW, it only reflects badly on me.) PULL YOURSELF TOGETHER BATTLE!

I hate being 18. Suddenly so much more is expected of me. I still feel about 12.
On a bloody brilliant note, I've slept fantastically for the last 2 nights, it's so nice to sleep well without meds.

Good job with trying to stabilise the intake.

Don't put yourself down so much though. You're still young and have so much to experience and learn.

I'm edging into my late 20's and still feel about 12...so no worries there!

I think a stable intake is a really good idea. I've been managing for 3 weeks, not binging or restricting, on a stable, moderate diet and it's so much better than eating erratically. I think you did wonderfully today.

Remember to take care of yourself, battleinmind. That's what's most important.

i think ther should be a 2 year lead into adult life from 18 to 20 or something instead of 18, bang, your an adult.

I am 25 and feel like 12.
(Being an Adult is so hard. Why did nobody ever tell me that?)

18 is so hard! I hate it!
But even if something you do might not be completly right, it doesn't make you a bad person! You are wonderful, and we all know it:)
Good to know somebody's getting sleep:)
